Excel tools for inventory teams
Combine warehouse or branch stock sheets and remove duplicate SKU rows after a system export.
The problem
Multi-location inventory often means one stock export per warehouse or branch. Combining them into a single view, and catching SKUs that appear twice due to a re-export or a system glitch, is easy to get wrong by hand.
How it works
- Export stock levels from each warehouse or branch system
- Merge all exports into one workbook
- Remove duplicate SKU rows, keeping the column that uniquely identifies a product
- Compare against last period's export to see what changed
Before / After
Before: one file per branch, unknown number of duplicate SKUs
After: one combined stock sheet with an exact duplicate count removed

FAQ
What if two branches use different SKU formats?
Remove Duplicates lets you choose which column(s) define a duplicate, so you can match on the parts of the SKU that are actually consistent.
