This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you use RowMint.
Client-side tools
Most tools (Merge Excel Files, Remove Duplicates, CSV to Excel, Excel to CSV, Split Excel Workbook, Clean Excel Data, Compare Excel Files, PDF to Excel, Excel Dashboard Generator, JSON to Excel, Excel to JSON, Excel to PDF, Excel File Repair) run entirely inside your browser. Your file is read locally and never transmitted to any server.
Server-side tools
The Excel Formula Assistant is the only tool that runs on our server today: it sends your typed description (never a file) to a Cloudflare Workers AI text model to generate a formula, and doesn't store that text beyond a short-lived rate-limit counter.
File storage, when a tool needs it
Some account features (the Files section of your Dashboard) let you upload a file to private Cloudflare R2 storage. It's kept for the retention window shown at upload time, is deletable by you at any time from the Dashboard, and download links are short-lived, signed, and never publicly guessable.
Account data
Registering stores your email and a salted, hashed password (never the password itself) in Cloudflare D1. Sessions are opaque tokens in an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie. You can export your account profile and file list, or delete your account entirely, any time from Dashboard → Settings.
Third-party processors
Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Workers AI) hosts and runs the application. No analytics, advertising, or tracking script from any other third party is loaded on this site today.
No training on your data
Your files, and the text you send to the Formula Assistant, are never used to train any AI model, ours or a third party's.
Cookies
The only cookie this site sets is the session cookie for signed-in accounts. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time yourself from the Dashboard — no request process needed.
